Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on Orders Over AED 40
For orders under AED 40, a flat shipping fee applies based on your location within the UAE. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm GST on business days. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the UAE.
- Dubai: Usually 2-3 business days
- Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: Usually 3-4 business days
- Other Emirates: Usually 4-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status. You can also check your order status by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Using the order lookup feature with your order number and email
- Contacting us at care@pistasho.com
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If the delivery cannot be completed:
- The courier will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided
- A second delivery attempt may be made
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
If your package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, please contact us to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@pistasho.com
- Include photos of any damage and your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund as appropriate.
